Join author David Sobel for a presentation on his new book, Best Bike Rides in New England. Sobel will discuss:

• Three of his favorite rides

• Variables he uses when designing a ride

• How to design rides using online tools like “Map My Ride” or “Strava,” 

• The importance of incorporating bike riding 3-5 times a week into your personal wellness regime  

David Sobel is a Professor Emeritus in the Education Department at Antioch University New England in Keene, NH. His most recent books are Wild Play: Parenting Adventures in the Great Outdoors, The Sky Above and the Mud Below: Lessons from Nature Preschools and Forest Kindergarten and Best Bike Rides in New England which focuses on backroads biking.
