Big Step Forward for Andover Community Power

Great news! 

We have finally moved on to the next BIG step towards Andover Community Power! The Department of Public Utilities issued an order on December 15 approving the plan pending further revisions in a compliance filing.

What does that mean?

There are some revisions that Good Energy and the town will work on. The Andover Sustainability office believes that can happen in a fairly short timeframe. After that, the town, working with Good Energy, will start the process to get bids for the Andover Community Power (ACP) supply options.

The Sustainability Director is hopeful that will occur in the spring to early summer.

YES! Please use the official ACP website to ensure you are keeping up-to-date on the official supplier and not getting scammed. Signing a new electric supplier contract now may lock you in and keep you from participating in ACP when it rolls out.
